Content Writing - Are they really written by Humans?

I got an email a few days ago at around 11:00 p.m. EST time from someone complaining about an order of english articles.
This person was so upset and I got upset as well because the complaint was about our work and a dissapointment on what we did for him. He sent me a link where the articles were published and I was shock on reading those articles. I could not believe my eyes! Any of the sentences made sense. It was like a bunch of targeted keywords within a sentence structure.Â
Then, I understood why this person was so upset on paying for articles that were not real content.  Later on, he realized that those articles were not written by our team and apologized for his upsetting email.
I am kind of easy going so I forgave him about his comments.
